A passionate photographer dedicated to freezing special moments and turning them into cherished memories. With a camera in hand and a heart full of joy, I embark on a mission to capture the essence of life's most beautiful moments.
Since childhood, I have loved the art of storytelling and the way it captures the heart. This led me to study Television Production, armed with the dream of telling stories on our screens around the world. Then, in my final year, it all changed when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. I was forced to return from the hustle & bustle of London to my hometown, Johannesburg, South Africa.
An allergy to boredom that keeps me growing
In the first month of lockdown, I completed my university degree. Then my allergy to boredom kicked in and I threw my efforts into humanitarian work. My mom started sewing hand-made reusable masks. Whilst, I began an online fundraising campaign to help those who couldn't afford store-bought masks. Around the same time, I started working as a website designer for a London-based charity and joined the team on a popular leadership podcast.
When January 2021 rolled around, I decided it was time for a change. Things were open enough for me to go and train to work on yachts. By May of that year, I was sailing a 50ft Catamaran from Cape Town to Portugal. The next three European summers were full of adventure and fun as I got to see parts of the world I didn't even know existed. But something was missing...
I wasn't telling stories.
One winter I decided to search for my next step in life and I finally started working with a photographer. Less than a year later I decided to take the plunge and start a photography company of my own.
For me, photography is more than just a profession -
it's a way of connecting with people and telling their stories through images. With each click of the shutter, I strive to create images that resonate with emotion and authenticity, whether it's the laughter shared at a corporate event, the tender moments of a family gathering, or the excitement of a child's birthday party.
My approach is simple yet effective: I aim to become your momentary best friend behind the lens, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease, resulting in natural and vibrant photographs that truly reflect who you are.
